Cancellation Policy

All payment card details are held, and any deposit or cancellation fees will be processed by Resdiary who acts on behalf of BadSaint Restaurant Ltd. For full details of Resdiary’s policy please see www.resdiary.co.uk

Please be aware of BadSaint Restaurant’s cancellation policy:

  • If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.
  • The cancellation fee reflects the cost of food, drink and staffing incurred by us in anticipation of the booking and lost revenue from the empty table.
  • A table is deemed to have “no showed” if they are more than 15 minutes late for their reservation and have made no contact with BadSaint.
  • The cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking. We will send email notification of any charges made.

Table cancellations can be made by any of the following methods:

  • Online: Follow the instructions in your booking confirmation email to cancel your booking.
  • Email: [email protected]
  • Whatsapp Business: Send us a Whatsapp message to 07553457259.
  • Facebook page by sending a direct message to us

Drinks reservations
All bookings require card details to confirm your reservation.
In the event that the booking is not honoured or is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee of £10 per person would be charged to the card. Please note that special terms & conditions may apply for key seasonal dates.

Lunch reservation
All bookings require card details to confirm your reservation.
In the event that the booking is not honoured or is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee of £20 per person would be charged to the card. Please note that special terms & conditions may apply for key seasonal dates.

Dinner reservation
All bookings require card details to confirm your reservation.
In the event that the booking is not honoured or is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee of £20 per person would be charged to the card. Please note that special terms & conditions may apply for key seasonal dates.

Afternoon tea reservation
All bookings require card details to confirm your reservation.
In the event that the booking is not honoured or is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, a fee of £10 per person would be charged to the card. Please note that special terms & conditions may apply for key seasonal dates.

Events reservation
All bookings require card details to confirm your reservation.
In the event that the booking is not honoured in whole or in part or is cancelled with less than 7 days’ notice, a cancellation fee of the Event menu price per person would be charged to the card provided. If this booking is not reconfirmed 7 days prior, we reserve the right to release the table.
